Make the apple pie filling:
- In a small skillet over medium heat, combine diced apples, brown sugar, and spices. Stir for 5–6 minutes, until the apples soften and the mixture becomes syrupy. Cool completely before using.
Blend the milkshake:
- Add sea salt caramel ice cream, milk, and chilled apple pie filling to a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust with extra ice cream for a thicker shake or more milk for a thinner one.
Garnish and serve:
- Pour into glasses and top with caramel apple whipped cream. Add a slice of Granny Smith apple and a festive Ghoulish Green Twix for a fun Halloween touch.
